Which Dish DID Ewe Choose this Restaurant Week?
Restaurant Week is over and the results from the “Which dish would ewe choose?” contest are in! Congratulations to chef Marc Orfaly of Pigalle – your Lamb Cassoulet swept the competition this year. Coming in at second place is the Barbeque Ale Braised Pulled Lamb Shank by Henrietta’s Table’s chef Peter Davis, followed closely by Amelia’s chef Delio Susi‘s Cast Iron Seared Lamb Loin Chop. A big shout out to all who voted!
