The American Lamb Board and BostonChefs.com brought the American Lamb Jam back to Boston on Sunday, February 20th, 2011. This year, 17 of Boston’s top chefs came together to celebrate American Lamb by creating succulent and savory selections paired with beer from 8 Boston breweries and hand-picked wines from Paso Robles and Washington State.
